How do I book you?!

How does payment work?
So a 50% deposit and signed contract are required to confirm the booking and lock in the shoot dates. Shoots dates will not be held until deposit is received. The remaining 50% is due before the first shoot date.
How long does it take to get my video?
Delivery times depend on the size and complexity of the project. Most projects are delivered within 1-2 weeks but you will get a more accurate lead time when booking!
I need my video ASAP! Can you help!?
Sure! Get in touch ASAP to ensure we have availability to meet your needs. From there we can get a video in your hands in as little as 48 hours!
Can I hire you just for editing?
Sure! You may have footage from a previous shoot, or have captured some footage on your own. Send it our way and let us get to work!
Can I choose the music for me video?
Kind of! A license for every song used is legal requirement. We have access to a library of over 30,000 songs that we can license. If you would like to choose the song, we can send you 5+ options to have a listen to. Or if you’re happy for us to choose what would fit your video best, we can do that also!
Can I make changes to the video?
Yes! All video projects include 2 rounds of revisions for free. Simply note down anything that you would like to change and look into that! Additional rounds of revisions will incur extra costs.
Can you replicate a video we have seen elsewhere?
We can never guarantee to replicate another video exactly. We all have different equipment and styles. However, feel free to show us a reference video to give us an idea of what you would like and we can look to create something similar!
How much input do you need from me?
In a nutshell….as much as you want to give! Usually the bare minimum would be a discovery phone call/meeting when booking the project so we have a good idea of what you want. If you have a specific vision and want to have input in pre-production, filming and post production, we are happy to bounce ideas around. On the other hand, if you know you want a video but not sure what direction to take….let us get creative and produce something really special! (We love this!)
Can I have the raw footage?
Both Exclusive & Non-Exclusive raw footage licenses are available for an additional cost. Please note that the footage will be not be trimmed, colour graded or stabilised. This work can be done on the raw footage however for an additional charge.
Can I come back for more videos with leftover footage?
Absolutely! A lot of our clients love doing this. On shoot days, masses of great footage is captured that often won’t make it into the final edit. By just covering the editing costs, this unused footage can be edited into lots of extra content for social media and website ect!
Do you travel?
We love to travel! Nowhere is too far for us to come and create some awesome content. Travel costs may be inccured to cover Mileage, parking, flights, food & reasonable accommodation.
